love love love love love ♥

Even with a limited budget they’re doing some really amazing things. I love Dio’s voice actor. It seems like someone working on it must really love Dio because he’s getting so much attention.

(Like he generally looks amazing even though Jonathan looks fucked up to me sometimes, ha ha ha.)

I’m really glad too because it seems like just in the handful of episodes they’ve released, the animation has improved. I mean, with any creation it often takes time to get into a good working groove. So I’m really excited to think of it improving more and more over time! (With a growing budget and with growing experience for the people behind it.)

I’m really happy for the pacing because I think they’ve given Phantom Blood a lot of love- And even though I tend to like it more than Battle Tendency I’m really ready for Battle Tendency to happen too.

I’m excited Part 2 will be starting up so quickly because the anime is still pretty fresh and when it’s suddenly an entirely different lead, story and setting, that really sets the tone for how much JJBA will be switching gears in the future.

I mean that, if they dragged Phantom Blood out further, new fans might get really attached and then upset with the storyline shifting without even knowing that’s a big thing in JJBA.

Oh, and speaking of new fans, I love all the new fans! (and the renewed fans!) It’s wonderful when more people fall in love with something you’re in love with. And the greater attention also means greater funding, which is greater fuel for the series to continue.

Everything is so good and beautiful and there’s the game to look forward to too. I’m hoping I can buy at least a few blurays (and really really hoping they have good subs!)

Ah, I was pretty excited and now that I’ve typed this out I’m twenty times more excited, ha ha ha!
